To provide a structure which is good in workability in a carrying step of food materials and processed foods between a thermal processing room and a refrigerating room/freezing room, without requiring combined use of a fire partition as a heat insulating wall or a heat insulating door, has a large degree of freedom of design, and achieves reduction in construction cost.
In a food processing factory having at least the one thermal processing room 11, the freezing room 17a, the refrigerating room 17b, and a plurality of other rooms 18, at least the freezing room and the refrigerating room are arranged so as to face the thermal processing room across a passage 19. Then with respect to a wall 12 around the thermal processing room and doors arranged in the wall, at least portions of the wall and doors facing the passage are formed as the fire partitions. Further in the freezing room, the refrigerating room, and the other rooms, the fire partitions 13a, 13b to 16a, 16b are arranged in respective ranges facing the passage, and the fire partitions are extended to the passage in directions intersecting the passage.
