PURPOSE: To provide a structure for fixing firmly fixing a workpiece having a weak strength so as to cut one side surfaces thereof, which allow the workpiece to be easily separated from a base plate as necessary.

CONSTITUTION: In a structure for fixing a workpiece 12 having a weak strength, which allows the workpiece to be easily separated from a base plate 15 made of materials having a high strength, and formed therein with a plurality of through-holes 16 which are suitably-distributed, and the workpiece 12 is formed therein with recesses 18 at positions corresponding to the through-holes 16. Bolts 17 which are inserted into the through-holes 16 so as to fasten the workpiece 12 to the base plate 15 are inserted in the recesses 18 so that the workpiece 12 and the bolts 17 are coupled together with the use of resin 19 filled in the recesses 18. When the bolts are unfastened, the workpiece 12 can be separated from the base plate 15.
