Abstract:

To provide an inexpensive surface-protecting sheet in which one surface of a hand-tearable impact-absorbing sheet is an adhesive surface.

An impact-absorbing sheet is formed by causing a foam sheet 2 having cushioning properties and a hand-tearable sheet 3 having hand tearability to be laminated each other, wherein: an adhesive surface 32 is formed on one surface of the impact-absorbing sheet; and a decorative sheet 4 is laminated on the other surface thereof.
