To enable an efficient temperature control of a battery without directly connecting an air conditioner unit and a casing to house the battery by using a duct.
In the air conditioner 32 installed at a vehicle 10, a rear seat blow-out port 58B at foot is formed in a rear heater duct 60 coupled with the air conditioner unit 44. Moreover, in a blowing device 34, an air intake duct 86 is coupled with the casing 82 to house the battery 14, and an inlet 86A of this air intake duct is opened toward the rear seat blow-out port at foot on the lower side of a rear seat 28R. By this, since a blower fan 50 is operated, and the air conditioner blasts out an air-conditioning air from the rear seat blow-out port at foot toward the air inlet, this air-conditioning air is sucked from the air inlet and introduced into the casing by an air-blowing fan 88, and temperature control of the battery is carried out by the introduced air-conditioned air.
