Abstract:
To provide a temperature indicator with which it is possible to discolor an intended point by a temperature rise or drop and discriminate it and confirm whether or not a temperature rise or drop is attempted then, as the state before discoloration in no case returns.SOLUTION: Provided is a temperature indicator 1 comprising a reversible thermochromic layer 2 changing from colored to colorless and containing the same temperature-sensitive color-changeable color-memorization composition, with one in a colored state and the other in a colorless state. The perfect coloration temperature t1 of temperature-sensitive color-changeable color-memorization composition in the colorless state is higher than or equal to a perfect coloration temperature t1 of temperature-sensitive color-changeable color-memorization composition in the colored state, and the perfect color extinction temperature t4 of temperature-sensitive color-changeable color-memorization composition in the colorless state is higher than or equal to a perfect color extinction temperature t4 of temperature-sensitive color-changeable color-memorization composition in the colored state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
