Abstract:
To accurately measure resistance value of a temperature measurement resistor by two-wire system.SOLUTION: A temperature measurement device 10 is a two-wire system temperature measurement device 10 for measuring temperature of a measuring object with a temperature measurement resistor Rx, and comprises: terminals 11 and 12 to which one ends of external wires L1 and L2 are respectively connected; a first measurement part 16A which measures, as a first inter-terminal resistance value, a resistance value between the terminals 11 and 12 in a case where a calibration resistor Rc is a connection destination to which the other ends of the external wires L1 and L2 are connected; and a calibration value acquisition part 16B which acquires a difference between the inter-terminal resistance value and the calibration resistance value as calibration value. The temperature measurement device 10 further comprises: a second measurement part 16C which measures, as a second inter-terminal resistance value, the resistance value between the terminals 11 and 12 in the case where the connection destination of the other ends of the external wires L1 and L2 is the temperature measurement resistor Rx; and a temperature deriving part 16D which sets a difference between the second inter-terminal resistance value and the calibration value as resistance value of the temperature measurement resistor Rx, and derives the temperature of the measuring object on the basis of the resistance value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
