A metal tube 11 having a cylindrical shape with a closed front end part extends along the direction of an axis O. A cylindrical coupling 31 extends backward in the direction of the axis O of the metal tube 11. A flange part 61 is formed by overlapping a tube rear end part 114 of the metal tube 11 on a coupling front end part 311 of the coupling 31 while protruding outward in a radial direction perpendicular to the direction of the axis O. A bearing surface 611 being a surface facing a front end side of the flange part 61 in the direction of the axis O and a surface to be pressed 612 being a face facing a rear end side are formed on an outer circumferential surface of the metal tube 11. A shape holding member 62 for holding the shape of the flange part 61 is provided in the flange part 61.
