Abstract:
PURPOSE: To perform the temporary assembling and conveyance of each panel part simply and positively by providing supporting members, clamping members and pressing members for plural panel parts, and positioning-fixing each panel part to a transfer bar by these members.
CONSTITUTION: When panel parts such as the left-right hood ridge assemblies 11, 12 of a body are conveyed in, a first arm holding member 17 and a first and a second arms 23, 24 are positioned being expanded by NC cylinders 25, 26. Simultaneously, a third and a fourth arms 72, 74 and a second and a third pressing members 71, 73 fitted thereto are respectively positioned. When the radiator core 13 of the panel parts is then conveyed in, a first clamping member 34 is positioned. With the following carry-in of the dash-lower 14 of the panel parts, a first pressing member 52 is positioned. The temporarily assembled panel parts are then conveyed by a transfer bar 16.
