Title:
TENSILE FORCE ADJUSTING MECHANISM FOR BELT CONVEYOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3452148
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To facilitate adjusting operation by rationalizing the adjusting operation and turn-stop operation as a series of operations.
CONSTITUTION: An adjusting block part 60 is arranged on the end of a lengthwise frame part, and a long groove 61 in which a pivot 21a of a roller is slidably fitted and inserted in the tensile force direction is bored in the adjusting block part 60, and in a turn-stop mechanism, a seat surface 63 having a width in a degree that a screw head 69b of an adjusting screw 69 is just seated is protrusively formed in a head part 62 of the adjusting block part 60, and holds a turn-stop plate 65 in which a turn-stop hole 65a is bored to make rotation impossible when the seat surface 63 relatively protrudes and retreats and the screw head 69b of the adjusting screw 69 is fitted. Thereby, the turn-stop plate 65 is energized to and held in a stopping position where the seat surface 63 sinks and the screw head 69b of the adjusting screw 69 is fitted in the turn-stop hole 65a, and is arranged so that a plate surface is lowered to a degree of continuing to the seat surface and the screw head 69b of the adjusting screw 69 is released when the turn-stop plate 65 is pressed against the head part 62 of the adjusting block part 60 against energizing force.
