Abstract:

To provide a pyroelectric detector, pyroelectric detection device, and electronic equipment for improving detecting precision by contributing even the rays of light which are not directly made incident to a light absorber to light detection.

A pyroelectric detector 200 includes: a pyroelectric detection element 220; a light absorber 270; a support member 210; support parts 100 and 104; and a reflector 160. The pyroelectric detection element 220 supported by the support member 210 includes a capacitor 230 whose polarization quantity changes based on temperature. The light absorber 270 is configured to coat the apex of the pyroelectric detection element, and equipped with an area which is wider than the area of the capacitor when it is flatly viewed. The reflector 160 is arranged in the periphery of the pyroelectric detection element, and configured to reflect incident rays of light toward the light absorber.
