Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermally insulating container which can be produced a low cost, is easy to handle, and suited to use as a goods-delivery box in the distribution of perishable foods.
SOLUTION: A transportation container 10 of a nonfoamed synthetic resin in conventional use is fitted inside with an inside body 20 which is of an insulating foamed resin and set in a removable and replaceable manner with a lid 30 on top. The transportation container 10 is provided with though holes 12 by way of handles in the opposed side walls respectively. The inside body 20 is provided at positions corresponding to the respective through holes 12 with projections 22 for preventing the inside body from falling off.
