Abstract:
To provide a thermocouple for heat treatment equipment capable of being easily attached to/detached from a heat treatment equipment same as a conventional thermocouple for heat treatment equipment using a commercially available thermocouple wire.SOLUTION: A thermocouple for heat treatment equipment 1 includes: a thermocouple 3 consisting of two different metal wires; and a cylindrical protective tube 2 with the thermocouple 3 inserted inside. A cover member 10 having an opening 4 extending toward one end is attached to the outer peripheral portion of the protective tube 2. The opening 4 of the cover member 10 may have a shape of a circular shape, an elliptical shape, or a polygonal shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
