Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible thermoelectric conversion element excellent in stress resistance.SOLUTION: A thermoelectric conversion element 1 includes an insulator sheet layer 10 in which a plurality of magnetic fine particles 20 are embedded and an electromotive layer 40. The electromotive layer 40 is formed of a material exhibiting a spin-orbit interaction and is provided so that propagation of a spin current occurs between the electromotive layer 40 and the insulator sheet layer 10. The material of the insulator sheet layer 10 is a polymeric organic resin. The plurality of magnetic fine particles 20 are randomly embedded in the insulator sheet layer 10.
