Order information on the tickets for commodities or services opened in the virtual shopping mall is transmitted from an order receipt server 17 to a control center server 19, the control center server 19 selects an optimum sales branch for delivering the ticket to the consumer according to the received order information, and transmits image information showing the order information and the ticket to the terminal 21 of the selected sales branch. The terminal of the sales branch prints out and issues the invoice 65 from a printer 67 based on the received order information and image information.
