Abstract:
The apparatus consists of a supporting body (7) which can be put onto the flange of the cover (2) in a vertically adjustable manner and of clamping and releasing units, mounted on the supporting body (7), for the stud bolts (6) and fastening nuts (6.2) forming the cover bolting. When the apparatus is put on, drive pinions (9) of a rotary nut drive (10) engage in the external teeth (6.5) of the fastening nuts (6.2), and the free stud-bolt ends are coupled to gripping bodies (12). Furthermore, hydraulic clamping cylinders (13) are provided for axially extending the stud bolts (6) by axially loading the gripping bodies (12) via servo piston (13.1) during the unscrewing and tightening of the fastening nuts (6.2). The latter together with their stud bolts (6) can be unscrewed and removed with the apparatus. The clamping and releasing units are here provided with lifting and bearing means (15, 16), which can be controlled in engagement with regard to the stud bolts (6), in order to form a rotatable bearing arrangement relieving the weight for the thread turns, allocated to one another, of the stud bolts (6) and the pressure vessel, and, in addition to the rotary nut drive (10), the clamping and releasing units have a rotary drive (17) which can be brought into frictional engagement with the stud bolts (6). With this apparatus, it is possible to release not only the fastening nuts but also the stud bolts and then remove the entire cover bolting.
