Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the possibility of programming all antifuses other than those complemented by mistake by performing a specific programming with an atifuse device. CONSTITUTION: A step 10 is executed in which there are applied to the antifuse programming pulses of a previously selected number having a smaller magnitude than maximum voltage where an antifuse is known to be programmed. Then, there are executed steps 12, 14 in which it is tested whether or not the antifuse is programmed. When the antifuse is not programmed, there are executed steps 18, 20 in which the programming voltage is increased by previously selected increments, and programming pulses of the previously selected number are applied to the antifuse. Hererein, there is included a step in which the steps 12 to 20 are repeated until the antifuse is programmed. Hereby, there is ensured a method of the high yield.
