Title:
SILVER HALIDE PHOTOGRAPHIC EMULSION AND SILVER HALIDE PHOTOGRAPHIC SENSITIVE MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0659364
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide the silver halide photographic sensitive material capable of stably obtaining high image-quality even in short time continuous processing and superior in reciprocity law failure characteristics.

CONSTITUTION: The emulsion layer and the silver halide photographic sensitive material are characterized by having a specified sulfur compound and the silver halide emulsion chemically sensitized with a old compound and comprising ≥90mol% silver chloride and, when this emulsion before the gold compound sensitization is chemically sensitized with sodium thiosulfate, having at least one inflection point in a density range of Dmin+0.1(Dmax-Dmin)WDmax-0.1(Dmax-Dmin) in the characteristic curve, and a gradation of ≤2.3 in this inflection point of the characteristic curve, or when this emulsion before the chemical sensitization is developed after 1min and 10min from exposure, having the sensitivity after 1min higher than that after 10min by 0.02logH.
