PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of vibration and noise and prevent deterioration of a copied image due to vibration by rotatably installing a spiral shaft which is engaged with a part of a business-sheet accommodation tray and vertically moves the business-sheet carrying-in side of the tray onto the business-sheet carrying-in side of the tray.

CONSTITUTION: A collator 1 is installed onto the business-sheet discharge side of of a copying machine 2, and a guide plate 4 for business sheets 3 and a transport roller 6 for feeding in succession the business sheets 3 into each accommodation tray 5 are arranged. In this case, pins 7 are projected at the both edges on the carrying-in side edge part for the business sheets 3 in each accommodation tray 5 and engaged with the concaved grooves 8a of a pair of spiral shafts 8 erected in parallel each other on the business-sheet discharge side of the transport roller 6. The upper and the lower edges of the spiral shaft 8 are accommodated into a cylindrical collar 9 fixed onto the frame 1a, and the spiral shaft can be revolved normally and reversely by a motor 10. Therefore, the business-sheet carrying-in side of each accommodation tray 5 is raised in each accommodation for the business sheets 3 by the spiral shaft 8, and generation of vibration and noise during operation is prevented.
