Abstract:
PURPOSE:To easily drop a required min. slight amt. of fiber glue to a desired point by specifying the bore of a dropping needle and blade angle at needle tip to specific values and indicating the plate of the needle blade at a needle root by an identification mark. CONSTITUTION:The bore of the dropping needle 4 is specified to 0.3mm and 0.2mm, and the blade angle at the needle tip is specified to 25 deg.. The plane of the needle blade is indicated at the needle root by the identification mark 6. A special dropping tube is formed by providing a plastic tube of an outside diameter 1.5mm and bore 0.8mm with a female hub part 5 at its one end and properly increasing the bore of the other end to 0.2 to 0.8mm. This tube is used while cutting its front end at need, by which the arbitrary bore at the needle tip of the dropping tube is obtd. A pressurizing device 8 is connected to a dropping device 1 in which the liquid A and the liquid B of a fibrin glue container are respectively sucked up. The special dropping needle or special dropping tube is mounted at the other end and the soln. is filled up to the tip needle end of the dropping needle 4 and thereafter, the central moving part 9 of the pressurizing device 8 is slightly compressed by the fingers of the hand, by which dropping balls from the min. diameter 0.3mm to the max. diameter 2.0mm is obtd.
