Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a sufficient rotational angle in a system in which a rotational angle of a rotor is varied in response to an input electrical current in a coil for energizing a yoke by a method wherein an eccentric part oppositely facing the yoke is arranged in the rotor. CONSTITUTION:A rotary actuator for adjusting a throttle valve for a carburetter is constructed such that a shaft 11 of a rotor 15 is rotatably supported in a holding body 10 for a case 9 through a bearing 12. A pair of yokes 13 are arranged in the case 9 and an energizing coil 14 is held between the pair of yokes. The pair of yokes 13 are arranged at a position 180 deg. opposite in such a way as a large diameter part 13a and a small diameter part 13b arranged at the opposed positions show a symmetrical arrangement. In this case, the rotor 15 is provided with a pair of fan-shaped eccentric portions 15a so as to oppositely face against the yokes 13. A pair of eccentric portions 15a are arranged such that the entire rotor 15 is positioned on the axis of the shaft 11. With this arrangement, it is possible to get a wide rotation of the rotor 15 and to obtain an appropriate operating angle.
