PURPOSE: To provide a titled bending device which permits smooth bending and easy adjustment of curvature by combining each pair of right and left vertical rolls which face each other via a space for force insertion of a long-sized member as one set and arranging plural sets of such roll pairs according to the bending curvature of the member.

CONSTITUTION: A long-sized member A which is bent to a prescribed shape by a cold roll forming machine X is received with a roll pair 10a of a bending device and is fed to rear roll pairs 10b, 10c. The roll pairs 10aW10c are arranged according to the desired bending curvature of the member A and therefore the member A is bent to a gently curved shape. Since the vertical rolls 12, 13 of each roll pair are disposed so as to be able to idle, the member A can be smoothly inserted between the rolls with decreased friction in the stage of grasping the member under pressure. The feeding of the long-sized member is smoothed by changing the opposite space of the rolls 12, 13 by the rear roll pairs 10b, 10c or by providing shoes between the respective roll pairs 10aW10c.
