Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact transfer device, which can shorten a time required for transferring an article between the position on the conveying device and the position outside the conveying device and is provided with a sufficient stroke in spite of its small size.
SOLUTION: In a transfer device P arranged in a conveying device such as a lifter, a guide rail 37 is engaged with a slide guide 38 in a bracket 31 fixed in the conveying device, and the first slide base 32 reciprocated by means of a cylinder 39 and the second slide base 42, which is supported freely slidably via a slide guide 41 in the guide rail 40 of the first slide base 32 and is reciprocated by means of a ball screw mechanism 45 rotated by means of a motor 48, are provided. When a pin 55 protruded from a cylinder 56 arranged in the second slide base 42 is engaged with an engaging part, 20 in an article, the article can be transferred by means of two-level stroke consisting of the cylinder 39 and the ball screw mechanism 45.
