Abstract:
PURPOSE: To better workability of wiring work by enabling the dividing of the system of room units linked to outdoor units with respect to a transmission system provided with an intermediate unit between the outdoor units and the room units in stead of relaying on the distribution of the transmission line in a communication system.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of control systems are so arranged to has outdoor control units 5 and room control units 6 by internal and external communication signal lines being allowed to transmit or receive signals through an intermediate unit 14. The intermediate unit 14 is provided with switching means 20a and 20b to switch the communication between the outdoor control units and the room control units 6 being allowed to conduct or cut. In the setting of an address, the switching means 20a and 20b are opened to store an address of the intermediate unit 14 into a room unit 6. Thereafter, the switching means 20a and 20b are closed to store an address of an outdoor unit 5 into the room unit 6. Then an address data of the room unit 6 is read into the outdoor unit 5.
