Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a treating method of a shochu (Japanese spirit) waste water capable of biologically treating as a post treatment without using a pH adjustor and a treating method capable of biologically treating or membrane- treating as a post treatment by mitigating the load due to suspended materials.
CONSTITUTION: The shochu waste water is treated by diluting the shochu waste water ≥3 times to ≤15 times, adding the incineration ash of shellfish, if necessary adding a polymer flocculant and solid-liquid separating. The treated water after solid-liquid separated is preferably used as a diluting water for the shochu waste water.
