Abstract:

PURPOSE: To simplify a locking operation, to eliminate forgetting to lock regardless of a skillfulness degree and to prevent an injury or the like by carelessness by operating a lock mechanism and locking the tip of a body in an open state accompanying the cutting of a tube by the pressurization of a press-cutting part.
CONSTITUTION: When both press-cutting parts 28 and 29 are mutually pressurized and the tips of both bodies 22 and 23 are rotated in an opening direction, the end part of a lock releasing piece 41 is pressurized by a lever pressurization part 47 and a leg part 40 is bent to a base end side. Then, when the tips of both bodies 22 and 23 are turned to the open state by the cutting of the tube 5, since the lock releasing piece 41 is passed through a lever hole 45 and the leg part 40 is recovered to an original posture, the lock lever 38 is locked to a locking part 46. That is, since the lever pressurization part 47 pressurizes the lock lever 38 before the cutting of the tube 5 by a cutter blade 33 is completed, the leg part 40 is bent to the base end side. Thus, every time the tube 5 is cut by this tube cutter 21, the tips of both bodies 22 and 23 are locked by the lock mechanism.
