Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tungsten wire material excellent in strength and durability which copes with external power such as impact or vibration even through a recrystallization process needed for a light source, a heat source and a constructional material.SOLUTION: There is provided a tungsten wire material which is a wire member where neodymium oxide (NdO) is dispersed in tungsten (W) and has an average diameter of the wire member of 2 mm or less. There is provided a tungsten wire where less than 50 mass% of NdOin 100 mass% of the NdOdispersed in W is substituted by at least one of oxide of potassium and oxide of rare earth elements excluding neodymium.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
