To provide a two-liquid mixing type resin composition which enables agents A and B to mix in a proper blend ratio even by eye measuring, cures at room temperature and after curing exhibits a tough dynamic strength and a proper flexibility capable of following up movement at a place required of stress dispersion such as a joint part.

The two-liquid mixing type resin composition is composed of the agent A comprising a modified silicone resin, curing agent for an epoxy resin, colloidal precipitated calcium carbonate, whiting and plasticizer and the agent B comprising an epoxy resin, curing agent for a modified silicone resin, colloidal precipitated calcium carbonate, whiting, cement and organic solvent, wherein the absolute value of a specific gravity difference between the agents A and B is ≤0.1. The resin composition is applicable to civil engineering uses.
