In a measuring pipe 11, a stepped part 15 for intercepting the flow on an inner wall 113 is formed to the inner wall 113 on the upstream side of upstream and downstream transducers 12a and 12b, to cut off the flow of condensation transmitted along the inner wall 113 by the stepped part 15.
