To provide an umbrella stand capable of reusing the waste product of a high pressure metallic container for a long term, reutilizing even its waste, and performing the effective reuse of waste resources.

The waste product of the high pressure metallic container is vertically divided in two. A lower half container with an upper opening surface 3a is adopted as a storage part 2. A drain hole 4 is arranged in the bottom surface of the storage part 2, and a rust resistance coating material is applied onto the inner and outer surfaces of the storage part 2 in the umbrella stand. An upper lid with a plurality of divided hole parts is attached to the opening surface 3a, thereby sorting umbrellas to be stored in the storage part 2.
