Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of screw parts, simplify the connecting work of members to each other, and prevent excessive degradation of the appearance even when the screw parts are rusted by surely connecting the members to each other at as small screwing places as possible in an under cowl of a motorcycle comprising a plurality of members.
SOLUTION: An under cowl 8 to be installed so as to cover the lower part of a motorcycle body between a front wheel and a rear wheel, comprises members 82, 83 which are split into right and left parts, and a front member 81, the rear parts of the right and left split members 82, 83 are connected to each other by an engagement part which can be attached/detached through the slide in the longitudinal direction, and the forward parts of the right and left split members 82, 83 are respectively fixed to the front member 81 by screws.
