Abstract:
PURPOSE: To move various working machines in one lot so as to enable the easy change of layout in a factory by fixing various working machines to the inside of a case having a floor face, side faces and a top face, and installing this case movably in relation to a placing floor.
CONSTITUTION: A unit type machine tool such as a sand-removing cutting cabinet machines the intake manifold of an engine after taking it out of a mold. In this case, various working machines such as a workpiece holding robot 3, a sand removing device, pouring gate cutting device 5, a rough deburring device 6 are disposed in a case 2. The case 2 is formed into a cubic by a floor plate 7, side plates 8 and a top plate 9 respectively of plate shape and fixedly placed on the floor face 11 of a factory by legs 10 protruding from the floor plate 7. That is, a space S is partitioned between the floor plate 7 and the factory floor face 11. The case 2 can be moved in relation to the factory floor face 11 by releasing the fixation of the legs 10 to the factory floor face 11.
