The photoactivatable and curable siloxane composition includes (a) a polysiloxane containing 3 to 99 wt.% of at least one kind of alkenyl group, wherein the average degree of polymerization Pn of the polyorganosiloxane (a) measured as a number-average Mn with GPC by using polystyrene as a standard is at least 200, (b) 0.2 to 60 wt.% of at least one kind of SiH-functional polysiloxane, (c) 0.1 to 60 wt.% of at least one kind of filler selected from oxide fillers having a BET specific surface area of 50 to 400 m2/g, (d) at least one kind of photoactivatable catalyst corresponding to a metal content of 1 to 500 ppm, and (e) 0 to 30 wt.% of one kind or more of auxiliary agents, all are based on the total amount of the components (a), (b) and (c).
