Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum capacitor which can prevent crackings of a guide pin and also short-circuiting of the guide pin, while minimizing the axial dimension.
SOLUTION: A guide part 17, for slidably supporting a guide pin 9 therein, is brazed to a central part of a fixed end plate 3 or integrally cut off, and the guide pin 9 is provided with respect to the guide part 17. Furthermore, the guide pin is made of alumina ceramic, and alumina component of the alumina ceramic is set to 92% or higher, so that short-circuiting is prevented at the guide pin part, while minimizing its axial dimension.
