Abstract:
To provide a valve which does not cause leak even when used at high temperature.
The valve includes: an annular valve seat 7; a plate-like valve body 8 having a shape projected toward the valve seat 7 and opening outward to the side opposite to the valve seat 7; and a support member 9 supporting the central portion of the valve body 8. The support member 9 presses the valve body 8 to the valve seat 7 to elastically deform the valve body 8, so that the valve body 8 is tightly in contact with the valve seat 7.
