Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the problem of mistakes over aging by holding a threshold in a non-volatile manner.
SOLUTION: Input variable terminal input 1[1] to input 1[k] are coupled with a floating gate FG of a νMOS inverter INV via paraelectrics C1 to Ck, and a control variable terminal input 2 is coupled via a threshold data holding circuit HLD. The holding circuit HLD has a series connecting circuit of a ferroelectric capacitor Cp and a paraelectric capacitor Cv. In the holding circuit HLD, a first switch SW1 is connected between the terminals P1 and Ps of the capacitor Cp, and a second switch SW2 is connected between the input terminal input 2[1] and the terminal P1 of the ferroelectric capacitor Cp.
