Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface acoustic wave transducer whose center frequency is varied, a device related to a resonator, and electronic apparatus using the same.SOLUTION: In a structure in which two or more interdigital electrodes (interdigital transducers, IDT) 5, 6, 7 are colinearly arranged on a piezoelectric substrate 1, one of them is connected to an input/output electrode and the other one of them is connected to a variable impedance element 10, and by varying the impedance, a propagation velocity of a surface acoustic wave that propagates on the interdigital electrodes is varied.
