Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle lending system, a central device and a vehicle lending method capable of lending a vehicle only by an operation from a user.SOLUTION: A vehicle lending system 100 includes: a central device 1; a portable terminal 2(communication equipment); and a charging stand 5(control device) disposed in a parking region 4a for performing control related to the leaving of a vehicle 3 which is parked in the parking region 4a. The portable terminal 2 transmits reservation information related to the lending reservation of the vehicle 3 which is parked in the parking region 4a to the central device 1. The central device 1 which has received the reservation information transmits a control signal for prohibiting the vehicle 3 (lending reservation vehicle) related to the lending reservation from being set in a leaving enabling state to the charging stand 5 for controlling the lending reservation vehicle. The central device 1 generates password information for controlling the charging stand 5 to set the lending reservation vehicle in the leaving enabling state, and transmits the generated password information to the portable terminal 2. The portable terminal 2 receives the password information transmitted from the central device 1, and reports the password information.
