PURPOSE: To reduce size, weight, and cost while preventing the stroke loss of a shock absorber and maintaining the compliance of it in longitudinal direction.

CONSTITUTION: An outer elastic body 3 is provided between an intermediate collar 7, which supports rotatably the front end of a shock absorber bracket 2 to which the upper end of a shock absorber is connected, and a vehicle body. Also an inner collar 13 to which the front end of a trailing arm 4, to which the lower end of the shock absorber is connected, is fixed is supported co-axially and rotatably on the intermediate collar 7 with a hard inner elastic body 5 interposed between these collars.
