Abstract:

To provide an on-vehicle system reducing storage space and improved in operability.

This on-vehicle system 1 consists of an audio apparatus 50 capable of replaying a sound and an image and a navigation system 10 freely attachable/detachable to/from the front surface of the audio apparatus 50. The audio apparatus 50 and the navigation system 10 can function independently respectively. The navigation system 10 is provided with a touch screen 25 and an operation key 27 accepting the input of operation, and the audio apparatus 50 is provided with a CPU 51 detecting the electrical connection with the navigation system 10 and controlling performance according to the operation accepted by the touch screen 25 and the operation key 27 while the electrical connection is being detected.
