Abstract:
PURPOSE: To quickly stop vibration of a movable part of a vibrating machine by opening a closed loop at vibrating apparatus stopping time, using output of a vibration speed detecting means as a negative feedback signal, and supplying it to a vibration driving piece by amplifying it by a prescribed feedback gain.
CONSTITUTION: When a vibrating apparatus 2 is stopped, a changeover switch S is switched to the stopping device 26 side. Then, output of a vibration speed detecting means unit 21 is supplied to a stopping device 26, and this is fed back in the negative, and is amplified by a gain Kv, and is supplied to a vibration driving piece 6. Since this force acts in the inverse direction of the vibrating direction of the vibrating apparatus 2, the vibrating machine 2 stops far quicker than natural damping. Therefore, at stopping time, vibration can be quickly stopped, and for example, in the case of a vibrating part feeder, supply of an article to the next process can be immediately stopped.
