Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibrating gyro, capable of miniaturization of a device and stabilizing output signals by suppressing the occurrence of various types of problems due to variation in the stray capacity and stray capacity.
SOLUTION: This vibrating gyro comprises a vibrator 1. The vibrator 1 further comprises a vibrating body 2 and two detection means 3a and 3b. The detection means 3a and 3b are connected to the inputs of buffer amplifiers 4a and 4b via wiring patterns 7a and 7b, respectively. The wiring patterns 7a and 7b are connected to a reference potential Vref through a load resistance RL. The outputs of the buffer amplifiers 4a and 4b are input into an adding circuit 5 and a differential circuit 6, respectively. The output signal of the adding circuit 5 is fed back to a drive circuit, and the output signal of the differential circuit 6 is output as an angular velocity detection signal to a next stage. Then, using the output of the adding circuit 5, which is the adding signal of two detection means 3a and 3b, as a drive signal source of a driven shield, the driven shield 10 is connected between an output stage of the adding circuit 5 and input stages of buffer amplifiers 4a and 4b.
