Abstract:

To provide a video sensor for supporting a 3D stereoscopic color video, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same.

In this video sensor and this method of manufacturing the same, color pixels and distance pixels are formed on a substrate; a first color filter for selectively transmitting light of a wavelength longer than a critical long wavelength in a visible light band is formed on the distance pixels; and a second filter for transmitting light of a wavelength in the visible light band is formed on the color pixels. A cutoff filter arranged to face the first and second filters while being separated from the upper surfaces of the first and second filters for transmitting light of wavelengths in at least the visible light band and a near-infrared band and transmitting light of a wavelength shorter than the critical long wavelength in the near-infrared band is formed.
