Abstract:
To detect a detection object in a moving image based on a video signal without largely impairing a real time performance of the video signal.SOLUTION: A frame image extraction section 11 extracts a frame image from a video signal of a prescribed frame rate, and an object detection section 12 detects a detection object in the frame image and outputs a position of the detected detection object. An image processing section 22 performs prescribed image processing onto an image area specified by the position of the detected detection object in each frame image of the video signal delayed by a frame buffer 21. Particularly, the object detection section 12 executes a computation model whose computation amount per frame image is preliminarily specified, and detects the position of the detection object at equal to or less than a frame period corresponding to the aforementioned frame rate, where the computation model includes a mechanically-learned deep neural network.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
