To provide a voltage controller which suppresses the generation of noise and does not exert an influence of an overvoltage, an overcurrent or the like on load equipment.
The voltage controller provided at least between the load equipment and an AC power source starts a first output state for suppressing or stopping voltage supply to the load equipment when an instantaneous voltage value of a voltage is roughly 0 volt to a voltage waveform obtained from the AC power source side, continues the first output state for a prescribed time from a time when it is roughly 0 volt, and thereby starts the first output state for suppressing or stopping the voltage supply when the instantaneous voltage value of the voltage obtained from the AC power source side is roughly 0 volt, that is the state that the voltage to be the generation cause of the noise is not instantaneously applied. Thus, when starting the first output state, the generation of the noise is suppressed and the influence of the overvoltage, the overcurrent or the like is not exerted to the load equipment.
