Abstract:
To provide a voltage sensor with which it is possible to further improve the accuracy of measurement when measuring a voltage on the basis of a change amount of capacitance.SOLUTION: A voltage sensor 1 comprises a vibrator 20 having a circular ring part 21 and two first electrode pars 22 provided on one and the other sides of the ring part 21; a fixed electrode 30 arranged to the vibrator 20 with a prescribed space therebetween; and a drive electrode 40 having two second electrode parts 41 arranged facing the two first electrode parts 22, to which an AC drive voltage is applied. Electrostatic attraction is acted upon the vibrator 20 by applying a voltage Vm which is the measurement object to the fixed electrode 30, and the voltage Vm which is the measurement object is measured on the basis of a change of capacitance of the first and second electrode parts 22, 41 arranged facing each other. For these opposedly arranged first and second electrode parts 22, 41, one of the two is the second electrode part 41 arranged to the outside ring direction of the first electrode part 22, and the other is the second electrode part 41 arranged to the inside ring direction of the first electrode part 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
