Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste gate valve mechanism which can suppress the deviation of an exhaust flow at an exhaust downstream side of a waste gate valve.SOLUTION: A valve shaft 42 is inserted into an attachment hole 53 of a bent part 52, and a washer 43 which is larger than an inside diameter of the attachment hole 53 in an outside diameter is fixed to a portion which protrudes from the attachment hole 53 of the valve shaft 42. A waste gate valve mechanism comprises an actuator which rotationally drives a pivot of an arm 50, a leaf spring 44 interposed between the washer 43 and a valve body 41, and a protrusion 28 which is formed at a position on which a tip of the valve shaft 42 abuts when a waste gate valve 40 at an inner wall of a turbine housing 21 is opened. The protrusion 28 is formed into a shape that a portion 42A approximate to a rotation center L2 of the pivot rather than an axial core L1 of the valve shaft 42 at the tip of the valve shaft 42 abuts on the protrusion, and a shape that a portion 42B far from the rotation center L2 of the pivot rather than the axial core L1 at the tip of the valve shaft 42 does not abut on the protrusion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
