This device provides a high temperature exhaust gas line 8 which takes out the exhaust gas of a rear combustion zone 2 of a stocker type incinerator 1 as it is at a high temperature and provides a high temperature filter 9 which removes soot and dust contained in the high temperature exhaust gas in the high temperature exhaust gas line 8. The device provides an exhaust gas mixing means 10, which mixes an exhaust gas on the downstream side from a bug filter 5 of the exhaust gas line 8 with a high temperature exhaust gas on the downstream side from a high temperature filter 9 of the high temperature exhaust gas line 8, thereby discharging the exhaust gas to the downstream side of the exhaust gas line 3.
