Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste liquid storage body being capable of contributing to space saving of a fitting chamber while achieving improvement of stability of an attitude in the fitting chamber in a fitting state of being inserted to the fitting chamber of a liquid injection device, and further to provide the liquid injection device.SOLUTION: A waste liquid storage body 50 comprises: an insertion hole to be inserted being provided in a front wall 53 and allowing a discharge section 33 to be inserted/withdrawn into/from the insertion hole to be inserted; a storage body side connection terminal being disposed closer to a lower side than the insertion hole to be inserted on a first side wall 55 and capable of being brought into contact with a device side connection terminal; a protrusion portion 66 restricting movement of the waste liquid storage body 50 in an insertion direction X1 by being brought into contact with a pedestal 46; and a portion to be engaged 71 having a surface to be brought into contact 712 restricting the movement of the waste liquid storage body 50 in a separation direction X2 by being brought into contact with a separation movement restriction section 36. The portion to be engaged 71 is disposed closer to the lower side than both the storage body side connection terminal and the protrusion portion 66 and is disposed closer to an inside than the first side wall 55 in a lateral direction. Further, the separation movement restriction section 36 can enter a region closer to an outside than the portion to be engaged 71 in the lateral direction.
