In this waste plastic combustion burner mounted on a furnace wall or a furnace cover of the electric furnace used in fusing a metallic material and/or refining molten metal, a channel for spouting out the waste plastic is formed on a central part, a channel for spouting out fuel is formed on an outer periphery, further a channel for spouting out oxygen for combusting the fuel is formed at the outer periphery of the fuel channel, and a swirl vane generating swirling current on spouted-out oxygen is mounted on a tip of the oxygen channel.
