Title:
WATER PURIFYING AND STERILIZING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH11207324
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To reduce the assembling cost and the number of parts by integrating a temp. detector and a terminal part of an electrode plate into one body.

The water purifying and sterilizing device provided with an adsorbing part 20 of a conductive activated carbon or the like for adsorbing bleaching powder odor, fungi odor, trihalomethane, microorganism or the like, the electrode plate 21 being in contact with the adsorbing part 20 and for impressing voltage to the adsorbing part 20 through an outside power source and a thermistor 26 for detecting the temp. of the adsorbing part 20 has a structure formed by integrally incorporating the thermistor 26 in a terminal part 27 of the electrode plate 21. As a result, the terminal part 27 of the electrode plate 21 and thermistor 26 are mounted on one place at the same time and then the assembling is simplified and the number of the parts is decreased.
